I grew up in Redwood City, attended local schools and colleges and received my degree and a secondary teaching credential from San Jose State University in 1975. After considering all my options, I spent the next 26 years working in my families’ manufacturing business designing and making parts for the commercial airlines and the wafer fabrication industry.

After retiring from the manufacturing business, I chose to join forces with J.V. Senior Mortgage, a new reverse mortgage company started by experienced forward mortgage professionals. I have been working with J.V. Senior Mortgage (dba Reverse Mortgages Only) as a Loan Originator providing information and assistance to Northern California families since 2003. I am a wholesale Loan Originator and Broker in good standing and licensed by The CA Department of Real Estate, license number 01432145. Our Company is owned and operated by two “hands on” experienced reverse mortgage professionals, myself and my business partner, Judy Schwartz. I’ve hosted multiple reverse mortgage seminars, workshops and presentations for senior centers, service clubs (such as Rotary Intl.) and local BAR associations. Much of my business is referred by attorneys that I’ve come to know from presentations and during the course of resolving reverse mortgage legal issues during the loan process.
