HEADLINE: Resources, Resources, Resources There is a current TV advertisement for a health insurance provider who has one actor saying they “concentrate strictly on seniors.” While I cannot speak for the merits of that insurance company, I strongly agree with that business philosophy – “concentrate strictly on seniors.” At Reverse Mortgages Only, my clients are first eligible only at age 62. And many are in their late seventies and eighties. That means I work closely with seniors and understand issues of aging. Did you know 10,000 people per day are turning 64 in the US? Yep, I’m a member too. And what captured my attention when I first learned about the group was the experience the business owners bring to the table. Many owners, like myself, are retired from another profession. We have several retired nurses and a professor in our group. Many of us worked in the corporate world for years and wanted to serve the community in our last career. We demand for ourselves and therefore provide to you -- outstanding service.
