It is your obligation to maintain the property at all times.  You are not allowed to commit waste, destroy, damage or substantially change the property or allow the property to deteriorate.  Failure to maintain the property in proper condition may cause the loan to go into default.  In the default is not corrected, the loan could go into foreclosure.
